How do I locate current job orders?

  1. Go to Careers page.
  2. Note Careers page lists multiple job opening tables by Specialty (i.e. IT, Sales). 
  3. Click on the job opening to view details of the position specifications.

How do I apply for an opening?

  1. Once you view a job opening posted on GeorgiaJobs.com, simply select "Auto Apply" at the bottom of the job detail section (only if you are a "registered Jobseeker" with GAJobs.com).
  2. If you are not a "registered JobSeeker" with GAJobs.com and do not wish to register, click on the email address beside Contact Email: and submit resume directly to ProSelect.

If I do not see an opening I fit, should I still send a resume?

  1. Upon viewing ProSelect's posted openings, if you do not see an opening that fits your qualifications, yes, do submit your resume.

How can I get recommendations or improve my resume?

  1. ProSelect does not charge to review your resume. We provide resume reformatting and rewrite many resume we receive. There is not charge for this service.
  2. We do request that when you land your next job, as a result of our efforts, please share the excitement with us so we know our resume improvements efforts are working.

How do I utilize ProSelect to fill an opening?

  1. Assemble information about the job opening such as: 
    1. Title of position
    2. Required and recommend skills, certifications, education level
    3. Reports to what level manager or supervisor
    4. Reason position is vacant
    5. Targeted compensation for this position
  2. Consider if contract-to-permanent arrangement would be of interest. Try-before-you-buy has become very popular with employers.

Does ProSelect provide contractor payroll services?

  1. ProSelect provides vendor consultant payroll and outsourced contractor payroll arrangements.
  2. ProSelect has unlimited payroll funding (Letter of Credit document available) to fund payroll operations.
  3. Special cost arrangements can be rendered to clients only requiring contractor payroll services.

Does ProSelect utilize 1099 subcontractors?

  1. ProSelect prefers not to use 1099 subcontractors. A 1099 subcontractor is defined as an individual that is not on payroll either directly with ProSelect or indirectly through another incorporated company.
  2. Consideration of a 1099 subcontractor is only on extreme cases where a very short engagement, such as 1 to 3 weeks, is the maximum length of the project. ProSelect would first request the individual be employed as a W-2, even on short engagements..

How are your contractor paid?

  1. ProSelect employees (contractors) are paid on a weekly basis.
  2. Direct deposit and special deduction programs are available at the request of the employee.

What is the size of your internal candidate database?

  1. ProSelect currently tracks over 35,000 candidates within its internal database. ProSelect also conducts specialized searches to expand the candidate search beyond the database.
